Build support runs after the first delivery, at the pace of construction. If your city or your condo board needs a sealed report, that is filed by a licensed engineer in your state and is quoted separately.

Questions people ask before ordering
Do you ever come on site?No. Everything is done from what you send us. That's why it costs a fraction of an on-site consultant and takes days instead of weeks.
Can a phone really measure a room?Above roughly 200 Hz, yes, well enough to decide. Below that we calculate from the room's geometry and tell you clearly which numbers are measured and which are modeled.
Do you sell the panels or materials?No. We recommend products you can buy from any store or online, with the data behind each one. We don't earn anything from what you buy.
How does the credit work?Pay for a step and it counts in full toward the next one: the $115 consultation comes off the $400 plan, and the $400 plan comes off the $2,000 full design. Reply to your receipt email within 90 days and we send you the discounted link.
What if the plan doesn't fit my case?Tell us in writing within the revision day and we adjust it. If we can't help your room from the information you can send, we say so before you pay for a plan.
Are you licensed engineers?We are acoustic consultants and designers. Our work informs your builder and, when your project requires it, your local licensed engineer or architect. No document here carries a professional engineer's seal.
