No site visit, no on-site measurement, and no structural isolation: this is the room's internal treatment. It is not a code-compliance report and carries no engineer's seal.

Everything above, plus:

• Guided measurement: the design comes from real data, not guesses
• Isolation and envelope: door, window, duct and decoupling
• Four one-hour video calls, one every two weeks, at the build milestones
• Final review of what was built against the design

Build support runs after the first delivery, at the pace of construction. If your city or your condo board needs a sealed report, that is filed by a licensed engineer in your state and is quoted separately.
